Modem Problems website was offline temporarily [Updated]

[Updated 10-6-14] Due to a security hole in the webserver that hosts the Modem Problems website, the website was off line and I activated a mirror site. The normal webserver is back and the domain repointed to the main server rather than the mirror site.
